I have another issue with the Incentive program. I have started creating content for Adobe Community on Youtube. The address is below. I want to continue creating Adobe Captivate and Adobe Captivate Prime related content on Youtube.

On the other hand, I have passed the 1000 points and try to reach someone to claim mu points. However, there is no way to reach someone about this issue. There must be an easy way to reach someone to claim these points.

I have written to help representative and they say we have no idea about this issue. After my persistence, they transfer me to another representative and he created a ticket for me. The ticket number is this;

ADB-13192319-V9G8 so, could you help me to find a way to claim the points?
