Emailing certificate

Is it possible to have Adobe Captivate (12.3) open the mail to link and attach certificate when the user click’s the certificate download widget or have the certificate attach to the email when the user accesses the certificate slide.

I am sorry, but don’t think that is possible. It has always been a problem, because of multiple reasons (and for sure more recently against the privacy laws in Europe). Customizing has become even more difficult in this new version, you should find someone with JavaScript experience if you don’t mind the privacy rules. When a learner accesses a LMS the situation is different, she/he agrees to the rules of the LMS.
