It would be nice if I could hit paste on my keyboard on the Mac and not have to hit UNDO because it always pastes things 2x – on multiple computers with different versions of Mac OS.

We tested the workflow on 2 devices with MacOS but could not reproduce the issue. Please follow the below steps on an impacted device and check if it resolves the issue for you:
- Close Captivate
- Go to /Applications/Adobe Captivate/utils, and open ClearPreferencesMac to reset Captivate preferences
- Go to /Users/Shared/Adobe/ and rename “eLearning Assets” to “eLearning Assets.old”
- Go to /Users/Shared/Adobe/ and rename “Installer” to “Installer.old”
- Launch Captivate and check
