Hi, I’ve been having issue adding new users on Learning Manager. It keep saying “error, please refresh and try again” I was able to add a user just a couple weeks ago, then this issue happened last week. I’ve been trying different ways like clearing cashes, switching accounts, browsers and deceives. None of the methods works. Is anyone encountering the same problem and is there any solution? Thank you!!
If it’s an active account with sufficient license count and the error still exists, then there could be a possible issue. Please feel free to reach out to learningmanagersupport@adobe.com with the account details and the .har logs generated while trying to add new users (we can guide you to generate the logs). This will help assist you better.
