Hello all, I’ve achieved the famed Guide status and would love to redeem my points so that I can access the 3 months of complimentary Captivate. I have sent an email to nedas@adobe.com as suggested in previous question posts on the same topic, but I have not received a response. Any suggestions? I would love to continue learning how to create learning experiences in Captivate. Thank you in advance!
I noticed I had accumulated 23 points and when I signed on the next day they were all gone. Today it showed a balance of 11 points at sign-on. Why can’t I like any of the discussions? It disappears immediately after I click on it. System glitch?
