Hi We are having an issue where our no matter what we change TTS voice to in Captivate the voice will default to the computer’s Text to Speech (Control panel>speech recognition). This presents a problem where we want to have different voices on different slides. We are desperate for some help on this as our IT company has said it is a Captivate issue. Hope you can help! Can anyone tell me how to disbale the click sound when you have correctly answered the drag and drop question and press the submit button. I cannot find any settings for click sound in drag and drop?? This is a captivate 2017 blank project.
I am having issues with where elearning brothers Character assets download to. Sometimes they download and a thumbnail appears where they should in My Assets – Characters – Assets. Sometimes they download but no thumbnail appears so I cannot select them through assets and have to upload them as you would for a standard image. This is very time consuming.
Could someone please tell me how to get text to preview as it appears in the project and NOT with the expand button as highlighted in the images below: Thank you
I would like information on how to create open ended questions in Captivate 2017. Can these questions be scored along with the other questions in my quiz? Also, is there a widget that can be used and that is scorable?
