Hotspot move with 360 video as it plays

Good morning, Is it possible to have the hot spots move along with the 360 video as it is playing for the learner? Thank you,

change captivate 2019 from classic look.. Fluid boxes are grayed out.

Hi All, I just installed captivate 2019. It only shows me the classic screen. I checked my system, it is running 64 bit but on window 7. The fluid boxes are grayed out. What can I do to fix this problem. I am running as the ADMIN. Thank you,
