Still fighting captivate on Mac

So we’re running the latest version of Captivate and am about ready to discontinue using Captivate altogether. Switched from a wireless to a corded mouse and it’s still a case of fighting it for every move. We’re about to update to Catalina and see if it’s any better.

Using Captivate with Adobe Connect

For some time we’ve been working with tech Support and our contractor Clarix to resolve why we can’t see the same level of data reported for either a MP4 uploaded recording or a Captivate project as other recorded classrooms in our Adobe Connect account? Update 2 hasn’t fixed the Mac issue with stuck cursor

stuck cursor Mouse pointer works fine off the layout but is as if it’s moving through molasses trying to select or move from one element to another?
