New Captivate: Quiz Questions are not allowing learners to select an answer.

I have recently built an evaluation using the new Captivate, and it works fine in preview mode. However, when published, it is not allowing my learners to select an answer for the final four questions. I have checked to make sure the project has the correct answers listed, and it does. It allows them to answer the first five, but not the final four. Thoughts?

Failed Quizzes Won’t Reset in my LMS

Hello! I use an LMS called BAI, and I upload custom quizzes and exams. When users pass the course, it works fine, but if they should fail, the courses are not resetting, and leaving the previous answers selected. I’ve had to manually reset each course. Any suggestions?
