Hotspots for Non-VR Projects

2 questions: 1) Would Adobe consider adding the same VR hotspot menu to the standard projects? 2) If not, can someone suggest another way to accomplish this?

Adding an effect makes objects disappear when viewing in HTML5 Captivate 2019

All I did was apply an effect to my title object to make it slide in from the left. Once I did that I previewed the slide and it executed perfectly as well as all the other objects on the slide. However, when I go to preview in HTML 5 nothing shows up, including the title with the effect. What is the deal? This should be a straightforward task. Please help

CPVC File will not load inside the Captivate Project

I saw other questions related to this but no real solutions. Since January 2018 I’ve been creating Captivate 2017 Responsive courses with video simulations captured first as CPVC files and then inserted into the bigger Captivate course. Up through April, I had no problem with the slides loading or playing at HTML 5 on my desktop. Suddenly in June this stopped working on a new project I created.
