I have some Captivate files which I created last week in the previous version of Captivate (11), and now when I go to open the files (11.5), they aren’t displaying (looks like they didn’t open). The files seem to “load” (open) then nothing is displayed. When I try to open them again, Captivate says file is already open. (see screenshot) Any help would be most welcome. Thank you.
