I am having the issue with Captivate 2019 TTS crashing the program. It started with 2017 so I upgraded to 2019. I cannot run as administrator (Government system). I am running Windows 10, Captivate version 11.5.5.553. I have deleted the Layout and content folders from the public documents and ran the cleaning options within the utilities folder.
