Hello, I have created an interactive project in Captivate 2017 and it plays fine locally from the Index file, however when we load it onto our SalesConnect platform (which does play other html5 interactive programs) we just get a spinning icon which never fully loads.  Someone mentioned the loading icon usually means the package is looking for something it cannot find.   I have been told our SalesConnect system does not support Scorm or AICC – will Captivate interactive videos work […]
