My Captivate 2019 projects are not working properly in our LMS (Workforce Connect), specifically the Learning Interactions for Accordion and Timeline, they say “Loading” for while, then screen goes white and narration will play, but the interactions don’t appear on the screen.   My IT department has told me that Captivate 2019 still uses Flash and until they remove all the Flash elements we will continue to have problems with the courses we design using Captivate 2019.  They are recommending we […]
