What could be the reason why the retake button would not appear for a learner after failing the quiz? When I test the very same version of the course in the LMS, the retake button appears as it should, but I have a user who I verified by proxy that it does not appear for him. Could there be a bug that causes this to break?
I have status flags enabled in project navigation, and everything works great until the last three slides of the course. The pages “Restrictive Commercial Terms” and “Vendor Guidelines” do not trigger the status flag after once they are played through. The status flag for “Restrictive Commercial Terms” page only appears after the learner completes the quiz (not shown in navigation).
