I have the glossary widget sandwiched in between two graphics. so Layer 1 is a background graphic, Layer 2 is the widget, and Layer 3 is a header graphic to cover up the baked-in glossary header. When the ini is set to 0, Layer 1 appears, Layer 2 functions properly, and Layer 3 disappears.
