Issue with Captivate review 12.4
Using 12.3.012 – I have a series of knowledge check questions with some lengthy feedback audio. I’ve been testing in preview mode and in our LMS. Sometimes the audio abruptly stops without playing the whole way through. Is this linked to the slide length? Should the length of the slide be set to the audio on the slide (the question) or does it need to be longer to accommodate the feedback audio?
I am new here and new to Captivate. I created an advanced action to toggle a pause/play button. It works on the first slide. On subsequent slides, it pauses, but does not change the state of the button. Need some help troubleshooting. Thanks!
