Understanding the Waitlist clearance in VILT sessions in Adobe Learning Manager
A waitlist in VILT session courses is a list of people who wants to attend the session that is not immediately available but may be in the future.
When learners clear the waitlist, they are automatically enrolled in the course; they don’t need to enroll separately.
The waitlist is in chronological order and NOT in alphabetical order.
Learners who unenroll from a classroom / VILT session will receive a invite cancellation mail when the email template of “Session Cancellation on Unenrollment” is turned on.
