

In this blog, you will learn as to how you can subscribe to the Bounced Email Report in the Adobe Learning Manager account.
Step 1: Login to the Administrator role of your Adobe Learning Manager account and navigate yourselves to the Email Templates page.
Step 2: Scroll down the page to see “Bounced Email Reporting” option. Click on the checkbox to Enable the Bounced Email Reporting feature for the account.
Step 3: Now you are required to add the admin emails, to whom you would like the bounced email reports should be sent.
Step 4: To add the emails, click on the Edit button right next to the Bounce Email Report Admin Emails option and start entering the email address of the Admin. The system will automatically show the admin details as soon as you start typing the respective admin’s email address.
Step 5: Now select the admin from the system suggestions and click on the Save button to save these changes. You can add multiple admins to bounced email reporting and all of them will receive the reports.
Hence, you have now enabled the Bounced email reporting feature in your Adobe Learning Manager account successfully.
NOTE: The report will only be sent to the admins, who were added in the “Bounce Email Report Admin Emails” section, in the event of any email bounces.
If you notice continuous email bounces for the same user/ learner, please drop an email to our Adobe Learning Manager Support team at learningmanagersupport@adobe.com and we will help you in removing those bounced users from the backend server, so that they will continue to receive any emails, going forward.
