Adobe Captivate Prime – Content Catalog – Pricing Policy (New)
Adobe Captivate Prime – Content Catalog – Pricing Policy
- All courses are sold on a subscription basis only
- Revenue Share policy with our Contributors will be based on the tiered fee structure in the table below. All amounts are reflected in USD. Total Revenue means the aggregate amount of Adobe’s annual contract value attributable to the sale of Contributor’s courses purchased by Adobe’s customers during each Adobe fiscal year. For avoidance of doubt, the Total Revenue basis is cumulative such that the first $150,999 of the Total Revenue during a given Adobe fiscal year will earn a Revenue Share of 70% and then move through the subsequent Revenue Share tiers based on the cumulative amount of Total Revenue during such Adobe fiscal year and the tiers will reset annually at the beginning of each Adobe fiscal year. If a particular subscription sale is later terminated prior to the end of its subscription term, the amount of Revenue Share for the unearned portion of the remaining months of such subscription will be applied as a credit against and deducted from the Revenue Share earned until such credit is fully exhausted.
Total Revenue | Contributor’s Revenue Share |
Up to and including $150,999 | 70% |
$151,000 to $300,999 | 60% |
$301,000 and above | 50% |
- Revenue Share payments will paid in USD within 45 days after the end of each Adobe fiscal month for the applicable sales of Contributor’s courses occurring in the preceding Adobe fiscal month.
