Hi Anastasia,

Thanks so much for sharing your valuable knowledge!  I’m having some difficulty though opening up PPT files through Captivate.  I’ve attached the error message hoping you can troubleshoot the issue.  I followed the steps of going to New>From Power Point.  I tried various PPT files but keep getting the same error “unable to upload, file may be damaged”

Can you please help?

Extremely informative. Your voice is so quiet, please consider moving the mic closer. I have volume on your session up 75% higher than all my other sessions.
