The eLearning area we are using here is very focused. I do find it helpful.
But remember there are other Adobe resources and forums for those of us who are educators. I use the Adobe Education Exchange for nearly everything. The resources there are not Captivate specific, but I am amazed at the number of free resources available and the expertise, creativity, and dedication of the members.
Just as you can ask questions here. Adobe Education Exchange also encourages questions. I encourage you to explore all of the Adobe resources, networks and forums. My hope is that those here will be open to crossing over and using all resources. I do know that member of the Adobe Education Exchange referred members to this online community in the past.
Another thought I had, and I it appears you have already tried this, is for you to use the help feature in Captivate 7. Although the resources there may no longer be functioning it might be worth a try.

Thank you for your gentle response. The community and that site can be overwhelming and some things are tough to find unless you try some pretty creative searches. It is for those of us who are creative and free spirits in education after all. Best of luck. I know you will find a way to work through the issue.
I was looking for templates (cptl).

But the download links don’t seem to work anymore.

Are you talking about themes or templates (cptl)? I doubt that you’ll find them still for such a old version.
