Does anyone know how to remove the black line from my video below (shown by the arrows)? It isn’t on the exported video, only when it is exported in captivate.

My designer is also confusing with this issue!! I think this is in-built functionality..
If it was built in, everyone would see the same result, but I don’t see it.

I’ve figured this out, it’s definitely a built in issue, Captivate automatically assumes your video is a certain size, so the black lines are actually a player that Captivate adds in, annoyingly. I’ve resized my video in pixels for height and width in the position panel until I found a size that made the lines disappear, annoying but it works.
Sorry, but I cannot reproduce your problem. That is the reason why I didn’t continue answering. Apparently no one else seems to have an answer neither.
Issue still isn’t sorted? Anyone else know why?
