I’m not sure if it will help you but you should download the update to version 11.0.1.266. This is the first issue/complaint about web camera not being detected that I’ve seen. to be sure, are you able to use the webcam with other applications? Try Skype or Zoom or some other webcam software and make sure it works. If it’s not working with other software, it’s likely not an Adobe Captivate issue. If it does work, try reaching out to Adobe Support through the method I outlined over on my YouTube channel.
