Responsive project-contains videos-quiz slides with audio narration
I have one question slide that suddenly began to throw a strange error on publishing.
“slidevideo_9’C:UserscherieDesktoprecruitervrVi19.’Unknown Video Type
There is no video on this slide, this is not a VR project; there is a simple MP3 on it that plays when previewed. HELP!!!
Responsive project using breakpoints
yes we run as Administrator
Adobe captivate 2019 release 11.5.0.476
Can you please identify the version you are using (Help, About Captivate)? Is this a non-responsive or a Fluid Boxes project? If you are on Windows, do you run Captivate with ‘Run as Administrator’ setup?
I deleted and re-entered everything and the error is gone. Now I have a new error. Landscape mobile device- close captioning shows on the phones at the top of the screen but all settings for each device put the cc at the bottom of the screen under the video
