Software Demo recording screen
Hello! When attempting to create a Software Simulation video in Captivate 2019, it does not seem to capture my entire screen. I have tried customizing the screen size and setting it to the entire screen and nothing works. Has anyone had this problem and know how to solve it? It seems to only capture half of my screen, even though I have checked my setting and have panning turned off and have reset to default settings.
Any help is appreciated.
Also if you have multiple monitors be sure to record your simulation on your primary monitor. I get many discrepancies when I attempt to record on my secondary monitor.
Can you check the resolution and the display percentage of your screen? Since you don’t talk about dpiawareness, I suspect you are not using a retina screen. But even in that case the display percentage may be higher than 100%, and it needs to be set back to that %.
