I get an error stating I can’t save the zip to the intended file. I try to alter the location even to my desk top and nothing is working.

To give you some more information, because I didn’t get any reaction. If you turn on Reporting under Quiz Preferences, this means you will publish to a SCO, a package which is ready to be uploaded to a LMS. In that case the package is automatically zipped, that is a requirement. Maybe you were in that situation?

Can you please offer some more details? Which version are you using, as is mentioned under Help, About Captivate?
Is this a project where Reporting has been turned on in Quiz Preferences? Do you publish to HTML5?
