xAPI publishing settings help needed
I am not sure if anyone uses Captivate courses in Centrical (was GamEffective) specifically, but this question may be due to my publishing selections more than the platform. I have published several courses using xAPI, as it seems to work better with the platform, but when I test the courses, the completion and scoring doesn’t come through. Does anyone know if there are specific settings I need to use when publishing Captivate with xAPI to get scoring to come through? Do I need to create some sort of “finish” button on the last slide? I don’t have that–it’s just the final quiz results slide, and then the X button in the skin.
I had the same problem two LMS’s recently that we didn’t have before and found the following very helpful. We run into the problem in a Chrome Browser.

I can complement what the Lieve put.
Take the publishing test with Captivate Prime and Scorm Cloud, if you can be a platform problem, lack of variables etc.
Just an idea for testing.
At least have one slide after the Results slide. The Continue button on that slide will lead to execution of the Pass/fail actions specified in Quiz Preferences, but only when reaching the last frame of the score slide. To be safe it is good practice to add at least one final slide, so that you are sure the data are transferred to the LMS.
