I’ve been attempting to import a 7MB PowerPoint presentation into Captivate 2019 but keep getting a “permission” issue. Any Suggestions? BTW, I have never had any success do so in the past, but have never gotten a permission issue previously. Thanks in advance . . .

You should at least update to version 11.5.5.553. That is the last version which had a perpetual license. More recent versions are subscription only and at this moment have more bugs.
Do you run Captivate as ‘Administrator’? Which exact version of Captivate do you use? You find the full version number under Help, About Captivate (Win) or Captivate, About Captivate. Did you update recently?

Specifically, my version is 11.0.1.266. As far as know, there have been no updates.
