How do you get the certificate widget to print in a SCORM project. The certificate displays correctly, but when printed the certificate is blank. Any ideas on why and how to fix ?

I am having an issue getting my audio to distribute over different slides. When go to import it, I am not given the three choices of how to distribute the audio. I have tried loading, unloading, time after time. Any Idea of why? Paul
