Wow. The first 5 minutes of this “training” is wasted on chit chat between the people introducing the presenter. Should have been edited out-completely out. Then another 5 minutes is wasted while the presenter polls the viewers on whether they use PowerPoint and dawdles around the screen with her mouse. What a freaking waste of time. If you decide to use this training, start it up, then get a coffee. Walk the dog. Read the front section of your local news. Then come back around 10 minutes later. You won’t have missed a thing.
