Google Forms has been updated since the creation of this video, however, you can still use this method to create level 1 evaluations. With this, you can capture how your eLearning users feel about the training they’ve just completed. This video was recorded with Adobe Captivate 8, however much of the procedures remains the same with newer versions of Captivate.

I've been an eLearning designer and developer since 2005. In 2015 I started my own eLearning design company. I began creating Adobe Captivate video tutorials to help promote my business through my YouTube channel at https://youtube.com/captivateteacher.
