Hi Adobe, quick question, why do our internal users / employees need to have an Adobe ID to sign in to Prime?
We would like to disable this feature and allow prime sign in. We don’t have SSO.

Thank you for the question. Internal users can login to Prime either using SSO or Adobe ID. If you want to disable Adobe ID then only way to login is SSO for internal users. Prime sign in is not allowed for internal users as it is meant only for external users who get into the account only for a brief period of time.
What if we don’t have single sign on (SSO) or our employees don’t want to be forced to create an Adobe ID.
