We don’t have access to your media library, bit difficult to give you an answer in that case Can you try to insert the screenshots? Maybe I could find a workaround.
Hi Kangnam Jo,
I can recommend you to enable “Faliure” caption for TEB if you want to show the user about their incorrect input. There is no out of the box feature in Captivate to change the color of letter for wrong input in TEB.
