Hi All –
I created a slide with a roll over area function that allows my learners to roll over different parts of a microscope, thus having the name of the part appear. It works perfectly in Captivate but as soon as I bring it over to be published in my course in Prime, that function disappears.
Any thoughts or advice?
Thank you!

Rollovers are not supported for HTML output, although they may work on desktop/laptop browsers. That will not be the case for mobile devices. A possible alternative besides converting to tap interactivity is to use the Hint message that can be triggered by any interactive object.
I notice that one of your tags is mlearning/devices. Are you having this issue with the Captivate Prime App?
I know that rollover items do not work well in HTML5 on mobile.
I have been able to get them to function sporadically if I act like I am getting my fingerprints done on the rollover area but at a certain point it functions like a click and goes to the next slide.
If that is the case – I would suggest re-working those elements to be a click/tap to reveal and click/tap to hide.
