Super Easy Text To Speech

Captivate makes it so super easy to manage text to speech right inside of your Captivate slides. This really speeds up the workflow process and even allows you to complete the text to speech for all of your slides in one operation.

Before Captivate it was a chore to create text to speech for your projects as you had to either buy text-to-speech software, (as all of the free ones including Windows and Mac were very limited to a small list of actor voices in both male and female).  Then you had to import this and spend a lot of time finding the correct place to start and finish the audio for each object or each actor in your project.  The results were not great and included a lot of work for very little return on your time, with very robotic sounding voices.

Captivate has now made text-to-speech super easy and as the new versions of Captivate have been released, it has become even better, right now Captivate 2019 gives you the option to set up all of your text to speech in one easy window and makes it easy to align your generated audio with your slide object with a few mouse movements.

One of the greatest benefits to using text-to-speech rather than voice talent is that if you need to make changes to the script, you just need to change the text right in the Speech Manager interface and then generate a new audio file.

Save yourself a headache and the expense of finding voice-over talent (or a quiet room where you can record) and start using the text-to-speech features available in Captivate!
