If you have been in Android App development then Material Design is not a new term to you. In fact I love good design 
so time is nothing when I want to archive what I want
, Just spend my Sunday night making floating button work.
Free to download and customize as you wish. I understand there is a lot to do to make it better,may be next time I will come back to it and add some java script to make it better.

I love Material Design! I’d love yo see you develop this further!
May I ask why you lept that big grey bottom border since you use custom navigation, not a playbar? To me that id not looking very nice.
My aim was to make something similar to material design floating button, I did not pay much attention on how it will look . However I have shared .cptx file so feel free to edit. Thanks for your feedback.
OK, I may be too much of a perfectionist myself.It is not a template, since you talk about a cptx file to download, not a cptl file.
