Hello All,
I’m going through the preview of the course we’re going to design in the Captivate Specialist Program. When I click on the slide in the filmstrip view of a 360 image, the design stage remains blank. I can view image and interact with it just fine in the preview mode. I’m obviously not able to practice or design any 360/VR functions as it currently stands. Any thoughts as to why this is happening?

I inserted the web object as instructed. It says my browser seems to support WebGL but it is disabled or unavailable.
You need to find out how to enable it, may be different workflow depending on the browser. Which browser did you use, and did you try other browsers?
