Hello!
I create courses for volunteers in Captivate 2019. They are telling me that they would like to review the quiz and then take it again because they don’t want to have a failing grade on their record. With the settings I am using, they can’t take a reviewed quiz again.
Can I allow them to take the quiz, review it if they fail, and then have them take a different quiz? Or is there another way to make this happen?

Even if you use random slides, the same questions appear when retaking a quiz. But Review mode will show not only the given answers with their status but also the correct answers. That is the reason Retake is not allowed after Review.
I have described a workaround using the creation of a custom Review slide which is NOT showing the correct answers. The workflow will not work for random slides and it is lot of work if you have many questions. Here is the link:
