Text fails to display
Hi, and thanks for replying. I’m using version 11.5.0.476, 2019 release. This a non-responsive project, on a couple of the slide text fails to display in the Film Strip. When previewed in HTML5 in Browser text and text on a button fails to display on about half of the screens/slides, it seems to only occur in this mode. When previewed in Project mode text and everything else displays ok. There are some screens that auto-advance to the next screens and I need to turn that off, but not sure how. The theme says White, and the font is Trebuchet MS, this is a template that was already created with our brand. I want to rebuild the template from scratch but have never done that before. I have attached a copy of the file so you could take a look in detail. I appreciate any help you can give.

You seem to ignore that all Preview methods except F11 for a non-responsive project use a temporary SWF ile. If you want output to HTML5 you need to check with F11, Preview HTML in Browser. Since that presents same issues, something is really wrong.
It looks like you use a Theme created in an older versions? Please, do not use a cptl-file (template) because they are buggy. Themes have change a lot in this version, please check the theme for a simple project to see if it is compatible with this version.
BTW you didn’t install the most recent bug update. Present version is 11.5.1.499.
Can you give some more details? Which version are you using (exact version number as displayed unde Help, About Captivate)? Are you talking about a responsive or a non-responsive project? Do you have the same problem when using Preview in Browser which is showing SWF output, which could point to an incompatibility with HTML(? Did you check the HTML tracker under Project? Whch theme and font are you using?
