Missing Assets in Library
Currently installed Captivate 2019 ( Version 11.5.0.476) on Windows 10 machine. Installed the additional assets but I still don’t see the assets in the library. I have had our IT team uninstall and install multiple times with no luck.

I’m having problem accessing the assets on a MacBook Pro. This problem occurred when I upgraded the macOS to Catalina Version 10.15. Is there a fix without having to uninstall Catalina and reinstalling Mojave?

11.5 is not compatible yet with Catalina, you have to wait for a patch.
Please, can you upgrade to 11.5.1.499? Do not forget to clean the Preferences.
