Adding MP4 created in PowerPoint to Captivate
Hello,
I am trying to add an MP4 video file that was created in PowerPoint. When I insert it, the video doesn’t start. What do I need to set to get the video to begin? Also, the video screen is quite large, is there any way to scale it to fit the Captivate screen?

No answer yet, want also to know how you configured the properties of the video, whether it was inserted as event or as slide video.
Lot of lacking details? Which version number do you use?
Did you insert the video as slide video or as event video?
I never recommend to rescale in Captivate, but to do it in a dedicated application. Use the Adobe Media Encoder packaged with Captivate to reduce the size and maybe other features of the video. File size will be reduced as well in that case.
