any known issues of Captivate 2019 not recording or calibrating microphones

I was recording about 11 slides of audio with an external mic.  My system restarted overnight and now captivate is not calibrating either of my microphones.  My system is showing them working in sounds but when I test in captivate it is not recording anything (Captivate 2019)

Can you check if there is an updated driver? Which version of Captivate?
