i have an issue whereby i have missing text/button/background when publishing into HTML5. Is this a bug or is this a common problem for adobe captivate? Any solution for the problem? Any help will be great.

There are at least 3 versions in CP2019, please give the full version number. as found under Help, About Captivate.

Moreover, can you please insert a screenshot of the timeline of this slide?

Can you offer some more details please? Which exact version number (Help, About Captivate) and OS are you using? You show a photo (not a screenshot) of a ‘button’. Which type of button is this? Is the photo taken after publishing and uploading to a webserver, or in which situation has it been taken?

What you tell is for sure not a common situation, never had that myself. Really need lot more information to try to help.

this is how my original layout should look like but however when i publish to HTML5, my things started missing.  I m using Adobe Captivate 2019 Version 11.5.1.499 on windows. The first picture (the one with missing items) was taken after i published and it was open in browser.

I don’t see images on the timeline at all. Are they filling the background of this slide? I do see a very long slide (no audio or maybe it is not visible on the screenshot) which is pausing very quickly (1?5secs) with a shape button.  Why do you have such a long slide where the biggest part remains inactive?
