i have an issue whereby i have missing text/button/background when publishing into HTML5. Is this a bug or is this a common problem for adobe captivate? Any solution for the problem?

There are at least 3 versions in CP2019, please give the full version number. as found under Help, About Captivate.
Moreover, can you please insert a screenshot of the timeline of this slide?
Can you offer some more details please? Which exact version number (Help, About Captivate) and OS are you using? You show a photo (not a screenshot) of a ‘button’. Which type of button is this? Is the photo taken after publishing and uploading to a webserver, or in which situation has it been taken?
What you tell is for sure not a common situation, never had that myself. Really need lot more information to try to help.
