I’ve downloaded and extracted Neo Speech for Captivate 2019 several times and all I get is a blank Installer Screen. Sometimes the installer screen say ‘Defined’ ‘UnDefined’. Tried clicking on either one and still nothing happens. Can someone tell what is going on? Same situation with Captivate 9 and I gave up. I thought Adobe would have fixed this problem or given better information with 2019. Any suggestions?

Which version of CP2019 are you using? Check under Help, About Captivate please for the full number.
Do you have administrator rights? Did you try to install the voices from the TTS dialog box? Is Captivate installed on your system? You talk about a previous version. When you installed this recent version did you clean the preferences and layouts folder?
