Hi everyone, I have a captivate output with voice over and background music.
I want to give the option to the learners to stop the background music but listen the voice over.

That is not possible AFAIK. In the editing environment you can stop background audio on slides with other types of audio, but you cannot offer a possibility to the learner to turn off only background audio.
