I have a poster that I have saved in Photoshop. I would like to pan the poster section by section to make a video of each portion of the video. How do I do this project with Captivate or is there a better app that I should use?

You can add the poster image in Captivate and pan it from one position to other using the Motion Path effects. Then publish the project as an MP4 video.
