Did you use Breakpoints or Fluid Boxes? Some features are confusing to me, maybe you can explain your choices:

Navigation: sometimes the timeline pauses without any indicator of how to proceed.
Almost only text… often tiny text (cannot read on phone).
There is ONE question but you choose the option ‘Submit All’. Why, makes no sense at all and has quite a lot of (maybe ignored) disadvantages.
That unique question slide has a progress indicator. Why?
