I just returned from a one week Captivate training and I am being asked to put what I learned to good use by creating a video demo. However, I am getting the following error message: Capture is disallowed since mismatching displays were detected. Please make sure all displays uniform scaling. What does this mean and how to I move passed it?

Hi. I am seeing the same message. I have connected an AOC 23″ monitor to a 14″Dell Inspiron. If I play with the resolutions of each screen I can get the Software Simulation to work in Captivate but the quality of the record is poor. iT doesn’t seem to matter which screen I use as the primary.
Still no answers to my questions. Were you able to solve the problems already?
Are you using multiple monitors? You always need to record the primary monitor. Are you using a retina screen?
