Each time i try to run the application adobe captivate 2019,the system feedback is “A program caused the program to stop working correctly……”.As a result of this,i cannot access the program or application.

Please i need useful suggestions to resolve this my issue

Are you using a docking station?  Do you have Logitech software installed? Those are two of the possible causes of crashing.
